Who We’re Looking For :

We are seeking dynamic Business Analysts / Research Associates who are passionate about technology, data, and strategic problem-solving. You will work closely with Aparna Kumar and Nexora’s consulting team to conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and prepare high-impact presentations for CXO and Board audiences.

This role will focus on data analysis, benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and research storytelling —supporting transformation programs across multiple industries, including BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Technology.

Location : Mumbai

Full-Time

Compensation : Earning Potential :

₹8–15 lakhs annually (Fixed + Variable)

Ideal Profile :

• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, consulting research, or market intelligence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred)
• Ability to convert data and insights into clear, executive-ready reports
• Understanding of digital transformation trends, technology strategy, and industry benchmarking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about supporting CXO-level consulting through data, analysis, and insight generation
