Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day financial transactions, including data entry and ledger posting.
- Support in preparation of vouchers (payment, receipt, and journal).
- Help in the reconciliation of bank statements and vendor / customer accounts.
- Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders and expense reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of accounting records and files.
- Support monthly and annual closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for
- invoice clarification and payment processing.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Perform any other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance (B.Com / M.Com)Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally,) is an added advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.How to Apply :
