Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, policies, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and compliance activities while creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and leave management.
- Handle performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
- Assist in training and development programs.

Requirements
Bachelors / Master degree in Human Resources shall only apply2 to 5 years of experience in HR roles. (Recruiters NEED NOT Apply)Sound knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS / ERP).Proficiency in Written & Verbal English is a MUSTAverage of 70% And above Marks in Class 10 , 12 & Graduation is a MUSTWhat We Offer
