🧠 Experience : 9+ years (with minimum 2 years in Python automation — mandatory )

We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can design, develop, and deliver high-impact Power BI solutions while guiding a talented team of BI developers.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of interactive Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable BI insights.
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries , stored procedures, and ETL processes.
• Build and maintain SSRS and Report Builder reports.
• Implement Python automation scripts for process optimization. 🐍
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and scalability across all BI deliverables.
• Mentor and guide the BI team, conducting reviews and enforcing best practices.
