About the Role : We're looking for aSenior AI Solution Engineer,you will be at the intersection of AI product support, and Engineering excellence, driving the design and development of Agentic AI solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams spanning AI Engineering, Solution delivery, product management, and cloud infrastructure to build scalable, secure, and high-performance products that enable the next generation of Autonomous AI systems. What you'll do as a Senior AI Solution Engineer :
- Interact with Developers / Partners to analyse and investigate the use case.
- Explore the platform, brainstorm ideas, and suggest technical solutions to solve the use case. At a technical level, expect to be challenged with a wide variety of use cases, ranging from simple CSS customisations to JavaScript / NodeJS scripting, or say, integrating with other downstream applications.
- Collaborate and interact with the different teams (Product team, Customer Success Team) to provide feedback on enhancements and any other product or process improvements.
- Typical customer engagements include but are not limited to investigating use-case specific requirements, bugs, incidents, debugging and troubleshooting deployments.
- Create and manage internal knowledge base documents for customers. What you'll need :
- BE / B Tech / BS or MS in Computer Science or related subject.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Good analytical skills are required to provide innovative technical solutions.
- Own escalations and provide deep debugging (logs, APIs, cloud infra) - Contribute to automation of AI product support workflows (scripts, monitoring, tools) - Mentor junior engineers in troubleshooting complex use cases
- Participate in on-call / incident response for critical customer incidents
- A team player with eagerness to learn.
