Intern- Technical Writer (6months)

Your Impact

Research, write and edit documentation such as configuration guides, user’s guides and other related technical materials

Work closely with development teams, subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to continually improve documentation

Apply design and style guides to existing documentation to ensure consistent look and feel across the documentation library

What You'll Need

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Technical / Professional Writing, English, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Ability to quickly grasp complex topics, technical concepts, and software applications.

Strong skills in simplifying and translating complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to XML-based authoring tools such as MadCap Flare (or similar documentation platforms).

Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing concepts.

Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Familiarity with project management or documentation tools such as Jira and Jama.

Additional Criteria :

Pass out – 2026

CGPA should be greater than 8.

60% throughout all education qualification

Ready to join us from 1st January 2026

Internship Period – 6 to 9 months

Stipend During Internship Period – Rs. 20,000.
