The opportunity

We are seeking a Manager with 3-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire designer. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing solutions that align with our company’s goals and enhance our impact on society.

Your key responsibilities Develop and implement innovative solutions using Quadient Inspire Scaler and Quadient Inspire Interactive to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize workflows that enhance operational efficiency.Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure seamless project execution.Oversee the integration of Quadient Inspire solutions into existing systems to improve compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development activities.Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the development of documentation and training materials to support with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Optimize existing applications to enhance user experience and system updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Skills and attributes for success Proficiency in Quadient inspire modules like Inspire Designer, Automation, Scaler, Content Manager, Interactive and Approve workflowExperience in scripting languages like Java script, Groovy script and SQLFamiliarity with XML, XSD, JSON and other data formats used in CCM solution.Knowledge of integrating Quadient with Insurance and banking solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have Experience of guiding teams on Projects focusing on Quadient Inspire to clients.Familiar integrating Quadient with Insurance and banking years of relevant work experience in developing and implementing Quadient Inspire projectsExperience in installing and configuring Quadient Inspire from knowledge on other CCM tools like Smartcomm, Opentext Exstream and knowledge on banking and insurance.Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and principles of product developmentWillingness to mentor team membersSolid thoughtfulness, technical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Ideally, youll also have Building a quality cultureManage the performance management for the direct reports, as per the organization policiesFoster teamwork and lead by exampleTraining and mentoring of project resourcesParticipating in the organization-wide people initiatives
