THE ROLE

As we scale, we’re strengthening our Risk and Security team with a focus on robust governance and program execution. We work in an Agile environment, focusing on continuous improvement, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager professional to support the execution, governance, and strategic alignment of programs within our Risk and Security department. This role is pivotal in ensuring that risk mitigation, compliance initiatives, and security programs are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within scope.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering Risk and Security-focused initiatives that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will work within a SAFe Agile framework to manage cross-functional teams, communicate risks, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of key security and risk mitigation projects.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and experience navigating enterprise environments.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Manage end-to-end delivery of risk and security initiatives using SAFe Agile practices.
- Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, and Security Architects to align security deliverables with PI (Program Increment) planning and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Coordinate with global teams across technology, compliance, legal, and operations to ensure successful integration of security requirements into broader project goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing transparency on project status, issues, and outcomes.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across concurrent projects.
- Track KPIs and OKRs to measure the impact and effectiveness of risk and security projects.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, risk reviews, and stakeholder updates.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate progress, risks, and KPIs.
SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.8+ years of project management experience in a technology or software organization in the banking / financial services industry.2+ years of experience managing risk, compliance, or cybersecurity-related projects.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global organization.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile project management tools (., Jira, Confluence).Experience in a global or multi-regional corporate environmentPreferred :
SAFe certifications (., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant).PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms.Previous experience supporting security, regulatory compliance, or risk programs.Understanding of risk management, information security frameworks (., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2), and governance structures.CISSP, CISM, or similar cybersecurity certifications.Key Skills
