Job description

We are seeking experienced professionals for Record to Report (R2R) roles, ranging from Team Lead to Manager positions. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in R2R processes and proven team handling experience. These roles are critical for ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving operational excellence within our finance function.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage comprehensive Record to Report (R2R) processes.
For team lead and manager positions, team handling experience is mandatory.
Drive operational efficiency and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Possess hardcore and in-depth experience in R2R .

Required Candidate Profile

Education : A Commerce Graduate degree is required.

Communication : Need decent communication skills.

Notice Period : Maximum 30 days .

Experience & Compensation

6+ years of experience in R2R (including 1+ year as Team Lead) : Up to ₹8.3 LPA

8+ years of experience in R2R (including 2+ years as Assistant Manager) : Up to ₹13.5 LPA

11+ years of experience in R2R (including 2+ years as Manager) : Up to ₹20.5 LPA

Work Schedule & Benefits

Shift : 5 : 30 PM - 2 AM

Transport : Both-side cab service provided.
