Job descriptionClosely working with the Founders and CEO of Magic Billion Collaborate with strategic team members across key departments in sales, marketing, training, operations etc. Research & Analysis of high-priority projects surrounding corporate strategy & development. Synthesize & share compelling recommendations from your research & analysis. Support & facilitate CEO’s communications & presentations – client presentations, potential investors etc. Optimise Office of CEO’s priorities by managing CEO’s time, making capacity-balancing decisions, and improve processes. Ensure strategy meetings are organized & conducted effectively. Responsible for documenting & hold stakeholders accountable on strategic decisions. Maximum of 2-3 years of experience; MBA from a Top Institution Written and verbal communication skills, including power point presentations; Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, to understand complex situations and propose practical solutions; Predisposition to team working; Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; goal-oriented; Strategic minded, strong interpersonal and organizational skills; Ability to workwith a remote CEO (based in London) – position is based out of Noida, India.
