The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Design and refine user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights and translate them into design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum of three years of experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role with proven UI / UX design experience and a strong portfolio of design projects, including products that are live in the market.
  • Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process.
  • A degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate your design decisions and how they relate to the product’s vision.
