Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sample Merchandiser to join our team on-site at our location in Tiruppur. This role involves managing product sampling processes, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely execution of sample production. You will be responsible for monitoring quality standards, preparing detailed documentation, and facilitating communication between design and production teams. This position also requires market trend analysis to ensure alignment with current fashion demands.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of garment sampling, fabric, and trims
• Excellent coordination, time management, and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of quality control standards and best practices
• Proficiency in communication to liaise effectively between design and production teams
• Familiarity with market trends and ability to provide insights into current fashion demands
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a merchandising role or the apparel industry is advantageous
