ProArch is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead specializing in RPA , PowerApps, and Power Automate to guide our teams in delivering innovative automation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading development projects, designing automation workflows, and mentoring team members in best practices and technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop project scopes and requirements
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in PowerApps development to create custom applications that meet business needs
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for automation development and implementation
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated solutions into existing systems and processes
- Perform testing and quality assurance on developed solutions to ensure functionality and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in RPA, PowerApps, and Power Automate
- Document project processes, architectures, and designs for future reference and compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on RPA, PowerApps, and Power AutomateProven experience leading development projects and teamsStrong knowledge of RPA tools, particularly UiPath and Power AutomateExperience with PowerApps development and integrationsFamiliarity with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or PythonExperience with Agile development methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentSkills Required
