Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Chennai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing design concepts, planning interior spaces, developing detailed construction drawings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves working closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design concepts

Knowledge of Architecture and the ability to produce and interpret Construction Drawings

Experience in sourcing and selecting appropriate Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)

Strong project management and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with clients and multidisciplinary teams

Proficiency in design software is preferred (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools)

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable

Previous experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is a plus
