The mandate-
Beep is building a career ecosystem where learning, community, and opportunities live together. Beeplearn is the learning engine at the center of it. We’re looking for a co-founder to own Beeplearn end-to-end—vision, P&L, org, distribution, employer flywheel—and scale it into a trusted, outcomes-first business.
This is not a “Head of” role. It’s true co-founding : you set the bar, make the tradeoffs, and build the system that keeps shipping when you’re not in the room.

- Demand signals are strong and the Beep ecosystem (students, community, employers) is in place.
- We’re ready to move from experiments to a durable, scalable vertical.
- The right partner will help us expand programs and geographies, and lock Beeplearn’s position as the outcomes-first brand people recommend.
What you’ll actually build-
A vertical, not a course catalogue : a clear promise, a repeatable model, and programs that map to real roles.A brand people trust : mentors with credibility, learner experiences worth talking about, and employer outcomes that speak for themselves.A distribution engine : owned channels, creator partners and communities that compound.A hiring flywheel : tight loops with employers so “learn → hired” feels natural, not lucky.An operating system : simple SOPs, QA, learner support, and reviews that help the team move fast and keep standards high.A team you’re proud of : Growth, Programs, Careers / Employer Success, Ops—small, sharp, and accountable.Expansion playbook : localization, partnerships, and compliance to take Beeplearn beyond India—starting with the most obvious wins.What success looks like (simple, founder-level)-
Beeplearn runs profitably as an independent vertical with clear product–market fit.Growth is reliable and brand-led, not discount-led.Employer partnerships create a visible, repeatable pipeline for internships and full-time roles.Expansion beyond India is live with localized GTM and on-ground networks.Operations are tight and scalable;the team runs on clarity, speed, and ownership.

Pick the few big bets that matter, write crisp BRDs, and rally the team.Co-design programs with mentors and hiring managers so we teach what companies actually need.Stand up GTM : landing pages, creator collabs, webinars, campus drives, referral loops.Build admissions that feel selective and fair;onboarding that feels personal and professional.
Keep feedback loops short—listen to learners, instructors, and employers, then act.Hire A-players, set simple guardrails, remove blockers, and keep the quality bar high.Review the funnel and learner success regularly;change your mind fast when the ground truth says so.
You’ll thrive here if you-
Have built or scaled an EdTech product / vertical (0→1 or 1→10) or led a P&L as a GM / ex-founder.Are a builder-operator : you can switch from strategy to copy, from curriculum to crisis, in the same afternoon.Care about outcomes over theatrics : confidence, skills, and jobs for learners;trust for employers.
Can recruit, coach, and inspire a small, sharp team and set a zero-politics culture.Communicate clearly, make decisions quickly, and keep moving.How we work-
