Job Description – SAP BASIS

NEED IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of SAP BASIS Developers / Administrators, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
  • Interact with customers to help them understand requirements for SAP implementations, interfaces with other systems, and integrations with external partners.
  • Manage end-to-end SAP system implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project methodologies, technical standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage team resources, workload allocation, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving project goals and continuous improvement.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java systems, SAP HANA, SAP ASE, and other SAP products.
  • Implement SAP Notes, patches, Enhancement Pack Upgrades, and Kernel Upgrades as required.
  • Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10 to 15+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record in leading SAP system implementation projects, including S / 4HANA migrations or upgrades.
  • Strong technical expertise in SAP S / 4HANA, SAP NetWeaver ABAP and Java systems, SAP HANA, SAP ASE, and cloud integration scenarios.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • SAP certifications in Basis administration or relevant areas are preferred.
