Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist located in Hyderabad. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting behavior assessments, and working closely with children to promote positive behavior changes. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and caregivers, to ensure individualized care and support for each child. The therapist will also provide training and support to parents and caregivers to reinforce therapeutic strategies at home.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and experience Working With Children
• Background in Psychology
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in ABA or Behavior Analysis are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Must be able to speak english hindi and telugu
