Job descriptionFluent English & strong troubleshooting skills. Experience in Windows / Linux server administration (Red Hat / Ubuntu preferred). Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Hyper-V. Knowledge of Cloud (Microsoft / Google / AWS), Backup, and Web filtering. Networking fundamentals (IP Addressing, Topologies). ITIL knowledge / certification is a plus. Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell scripting.
Required Experience : 2 - 4 years
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot complex issues on Windows / Linux servers (2016 / 2019).
- Install patches, updates, and perform regular server maintenance.
- Document existing and planned server infrastructure.
- Assist in technical design, capacity planning, and server upgrades.
- Collaborate with IT teams (Support, Network, Security, Architecture).
- Optimize server resource utilization and resolve potential issues.
