Job description

About Commotion

Everyone’s chasing speed — but true conversation isn’t just fast, it’s

human.

Humans naturally pause around

200–300 ms

between turns — that’s the rhythm where dialogue feels alive.

Most voice systems lose reasoning and tone when pushing below

500 ms

At

Commotion

, we’re building

full-duplex, speech-to-speech models

that listen, reason, and speak

simultaneously.

We’re achieving emotionally rich, natural turn-taking around

~500 ms

— latency that doesn’t just sound quick, it

feels

human.

Our flagship product,

AI Workers

, lets anyone create autonomous agents that connect to multiple knowledge sources, tools, and systems to get real work done — through chat, voice, APIs, webhooks, and events.

Think of it as giving every person or business their own

digital teammate

— and we’re just getting started.

The Role

We’re looking for a

Product Manager

who can take complete ownership of how AI Workers are designed, implemented, and scaled for enterprise customers.

You’ll work with Product owners on the product roadmap, lead customer implementations from discovery to go-live, and ensure every deployment showcases the full power of Commotion’s platform.

This is a

hybrid role combining product leadership and implementation ownership

— where you don’t just define the vision, you deliver it.

What You’ll Own

1. Product Strategy & Discovery

Own the process of identifying the most valuable AI Worker use cases across enterprise customers.

Define the roadmap for multimodal AI — spanning reasoning, orchestration, latency, and integrations.

Translate customer workflows and business needs into clear product requirements and success metrics.

2. Product Design & Delivery

Drive feature development end-to-end — from concept to release.

Write crisp PRDs, define priorities, and make trade-offs that balance innovation with reliability.

Ensure platform modules — APIs, orchestration layers, and UX — ship with speed and polish.

3. Customer Implementation & Onboarding

Lead all implementation phases for new enterprise clients — from initial requirement discovery to successful go-live.

Own integration of Commotion’s platform into customer ecosystems (data pipelines, APIs, webhooks, voice routing, etc.).

Configure, test, and optimize AI Workers to ensure smooth performance and measurable outcomes.

Deliver onboarding sessions, enablement collateral, and adoption playbooks to embed long-term success.

4. Post-Launch Success & Continuous Improvement

Monitor live performance, usage data, and latency benchmarks to improve platform reliability and conversational quality.

Capture insights from customer deployments and convert them into product enhancements.

Continuously refine implementation frameworks for faster, more scalable rollouts.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

2-5 years in product management, implementation consulting, or forward-deployed engineering within B2B SaaS or AI.

Proven record of owning full-cycle product launches or enterprise implementations.

Strong grasp of data flows, APIs, and integration architectures.

Technical Acumen

Able to discuss design, infrastructure, and latency trade-offs fluently.

Understanding of AI reasoning, prompt design, or real-time systems preferred.

Bonus : experience with speech-to-speech or voice AI products.

Execution & Communication

End-to-end owner who thrives on accountability — not coordination.

Exceptional clarity in writing, planning, and cross-functional execution.

Comfortable making decisions quickly, with evidence and conviction.

Mindset

Resourceful and fast-moving — you figure things out.

Thrive in ambiguity and build structure where none exists.

Driven to make AI not just efficient, but

emotionally intelligent.

Why This Role Matters

Own the product experience that defines how humans and AI work together.

Build and deliver AI Workers that can reason, respond, and feel human in real time.

See your work move from idea to production — and into customer conversations — every week.
