Work directly with Founder + Ops Lead on real deal execution.

Core Responsibilities :

• Deal operations : NDAs, data rooms, weekly founder touchpoints
• Investor / buyer research : Database building, outreach campaigns, CRM management
• Event coordination : Post-event follow-ups and future business development events
• Systems building : Templates, SOPs, process documentation
• Content support : LinkedIn posts, case studies, pitch material

Reality Check : 70% operations, 30% research / coordination. Not finance modeling. Real responsibility from Day 1.
