Qualification :

B. Arch (Minimum 20 years of age or as per organizational norms)

Experience Required :

Minimum 7 years of professional experience as an Architect in the planning and design of building projects.

Experience in a similar capacity in Construction / Construction Supervision of the following types of projects :

Building projects with a minimum built-up area of 10,000 sqm and 4 or more storeys , OR

Building projects with a minimum built-up area of 5,000 sqm and 3 or more storeys , OR

Building projects with a project value of Rs. 50.00 crore or above .

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to support planning, design, and supervision activities for ongoing and upcoming building projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, design excellence, and proven experience handling medium to large-scale construction assignments.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed designs for building projects.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to ensure integrated project development.

Review and refine design layouts, BOQs, and project specifications.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved architectural plans.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of building design standards, materials, and construction techniques.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
