Major Responsibilities : Centre Manager / Sales Coach

• Manage daily clinic operations.
• Counsel patients prescribed GLP medications on the Healthify Rx, Pro and other med plans and ensure conversions.
• Work closely with doctors, clinic staff, and HME representatives for seamless patient flow.
• Achieve or exceed centre conversion and sales targets.
• Ensure consistent in-centre branding and handle basic administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the clinic.
• Monitor patient leads and ensure proper follow-up for conversion.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and clinic standards.
