Steadfast is looking for a Senior Product Manager with minimum experience of 10 years in the same field for its nutraceutical division.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Product Manager, located in Noida. The Product Manager will oversee product development from conception to launch, conduct market research, develop product strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also include managing the product lifecycle, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Product Manager will work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Experience in product development and management

Market research and analysis skills

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with the sports nutrition and wellness industry is a plus

Understanding of D2C and Digital Marketing Trends

Expectations

Right candidate will manage the product portfolio from scratch to scrap.

Candidate will be involved in product performance and work closely with sales team to enhance performance.

Candidate will visit retail outlets, exhibitions, events and seminars, meet customers and ensure correct communication about brand ideology pan India.

Candidate will manage product compliances, procurement, regulatory and other necessary tasks related to product management.
