YOUR MISSIONS

As a Workday Integration Consultant , you will be involved in Workday implementation projects for our clients, with the following responsibilities :

Solution Implementation Project

Participate in implementation projects (configuration workshops, testing, go-live support, training for administrators and users) and write reports to ensure project follow-up.

Contribute to translating client requirements into deliverables, drafting documentation and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance testing, training materials).

Configure modules to deliver a functional solution tailored to client needs and assess the impact of configurations on HR processes or modules within your area of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio , Core Connectors , EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) , and Workday Web Services (SOAP / REST) .

Analyze client business requirements and translate them into robust integration designs.

Configure and manage inbound and outbound data flows , ensuring accuracy and compliance with security protocols.

Develop and maintain XSLT , XML , JSON , and JavaScript transformations to support complex data mapping.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Support data migration , system upgrades , and release management activities.

Work with functional teams to validate data and integration outputs during testing phases.

Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.

Stay current with Workday releases and identify opportunities to enhance integration efficiency and scalability.

YOUR PROFILE

You have in-depth knowledge of Web Services and programming languages such as XSLT, XML, and JavaScript .

You hold a Workday HCM and Integration certification .

You have a good command of English , allowing you to work effectively in an international context.

Ideally, you have experience working on international or multinational projects .

You demonstrate energy, rigor, listening and analytical skills , and a strong team spirit to thrive in an innovative and motivating project environment.

You are adaptable and have excellent communication skills .
