We’re building systems that can understand people not just their words, but their states of mind. We’re looking for someone who can decode human behavior across multiple signals, voice , facial expression, micro-movement, and interaction style to help our AI interpret how people feel, react, and think. This role blends behavioral science, multimodal data analysis, and AI intuition . You’ll design frameworks for capturing emotion, engagement, and intent from raw human data, and work closely with our ML and product teams to translate those insights into intelligent systems.

Who We’re Looking For

You background will need to include :

• Experience in cognitive science, psychology, neuroscience, linguistics, or signal processing .
• Comfortable working with audio and video analytics (librosa, openSMILE, OpenFace, MediaPipe, Affectiva, etc.).
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills — able to combine data-driven and theory-driven reasoning.
• Experience designing or evaluating behavioral metrics (engagement, empathy, stress, tone, turn-taking).
