Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead (Credit Card) located in Indore.
  • The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals handling credit card accounts.
  • The day-to-day tasks include monitoring team performance, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support and guidance to team members.
  • The role also involves analyzing financial data, assisting in resolving escalated customer issues, and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Experience in Finance, Financial Services and credit card sales.
  • Proficiency in Accounting and Auditing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the credit card industry is a plus.
