We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Services Executive (Survey QC & Updation) in Kochi. This is a field-based role that involves extensive travel within designated areas of Kochi to conduct quality checks (QC) and update information related to ongoing or recently completed surveys primarily focused on water connections .
This position is ideal for fresh graduates or anyone looking to start their career in a role that combines technical data verification with direct public interaction. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Independently visit homes and establishments within assigned areas of Kochi to verify the accuracy of previously collected survey data regarding water connections.
Collect any missing or updated information directly from residents or property owners on-site.
Serve as a professional representative of the company interacting politely and clearly explaining the purpose of the visit (survey QC and updation) to residents.
Ensure all fieldwork is completed within set daily targets and deadlines.
