Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Reservations Officer. The Reservations Officer will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing reservations, assisting customers, processing booking requests, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve collaboration with the sales team to maximize bookings and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Reservations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills ( english and hindi)
• Experience in sales or a general ability to convert inquiries into bookings
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant booking systems or software is a plus
