Senior GenAI Solutions Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior GenAI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for Konecta Digital. In this role, you’ll work on enterprise-scale use cases and industry solutions, building production-grade pilots and prototypes that meet the highest standards of security, scalability, and compliance.

This is a hands-on engineering role for experienced professionals with a strong background in software engineering, AI / ML, and GenAI deployments. You’ll be expected to contribute from day one, leveraging your coding expertise and ability to independently deliver impactful AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

Build & Deploy GenAI Solutions

Design assistants, automation flows, and agent pipelines (RAG / agentic).

Write production-quality Python code aligned with best practices and reusable standards.

Deliver PoCs and pilots to validate use cases before scaling.

Requirements Gathering & Design

Autonomously analyze stakeholder requirements for AI / agentic use cases.

Assess single-agent vs multi-agent architectures.

Connect GenAI solutions with enterprise systems & APIs (ERP, HRS, Finance, databases).

Agentic & AI Frameworks

Implement solutions using AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, SmolAgents, etc.

Leverage ML / AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain / LangGraph).

Security & Compliance

Ensure security by design : secure coding, access controls, and data protection.

Deliver in line with Konecta InfoSec, GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA compliance standards.

Collaboration & Knowledge

Sharing Document solutions, create demo assets, and contribute to accelerators for reuse.

Keep updated with the latest GenAI, MCP, and agentic frameworks.

Collaborate globally with teams and stakeholders in agile environments.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : 6–10 years in software engineering & ML / AI, with 2+ years hands-on in Generative AI (RAG / agentic deployments).

Track Record : Proven delivery of DIY pilots, PoCs, or production-grade AI solutions.

Coding Expertise : Expert Python coder with strong ML / AI frameworks knowledge.

Cloud & APIs : Skilled in API integration and cloud-native deployment (Azure, GCP, AWS).

Engineering Rigor : CI / CD, Git, testing, documentation, secure coding.

Languages : Fluent English (spoken and written).

Mindset : Self-driven, delivery-oriented, thrives in fast-paced global environments.

Bonus Skills

Experience with AI coding platforms (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).

Understanding of AI security risks (prompt injection, data exfiltration, access control).

Ability to autonomously design agentic solutions and evaluate frameworks.
