Location : Ahmedabad (Full-time, On-site)

About the Role :

At Rewynd, we’re building more than a snack brand — we’re building a movement to make healthier, tastier choices part of every household. To get there, we need a Performance Marketing Manager who can run sharp, data-driven campaigns that don’t just bring clicks, but conversions. From Meta to Google to Amazon and beyond, you’ll be the one driving growth through smart targeting, testing, and optimisation.

What you’ll do :

  • Campaign management : Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Performance tracking : Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
  • A / B testing : Run experiments on creatives, audiences, and formats to find what works best.
  • Budget optimisation : Allocate and manage ad spends efficiently to maximise ROI.
  • Marketplace growth : Boost product visibility and conversions on Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and quick-commerce platforms.
  • Cross-team collaboration : Work with Design and Social Media to align ad creatives with brand voice and campaigns.
  • Stay updated : Keep up with trends, platform changes, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

Must-have skills :

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with FMCG / D2C brands.
  • Hands-on experience running ad campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
  • Strong understanding of growth metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, AOV, etc.).
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Ads Manager.
  • Data-driven mindset — strong with numbers, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to deliver in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with SEO and email marketing campaigns.

    • Bonus points if you :

  • Exposure to influencer marketing or affiliate performance campaigns.
  • Familiarity with quick-commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) ad ecosystems.
  • Passion for food, wellness, and consumer brands
