Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with clients through virtual communication channels.
Provide personalized financial advice and solutions based on clients' needs.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Assist clients in understanding financial products and services offered by the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
