Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Cost Manager / Cost Manager / Assistant Cost Manager (Civil, Interiors & MEP) located in Chennai. The role involves daily tasks such as estimating and cost planning, construction cost management, cost engineering of building engineering services, value management, risk analysis, elemental and functional analysis, and expenditure forecasting. The candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with clients to achieve desired outcomes and ensuring exceptional client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Estimating & Cost Planning and Construction Cost Management
• Experience in Cost Engineering of Building Engineering Services, Value Management, and Risk Analysis
• Proficiency in Elemental & Functional Analysis and Expenditure Forecasting
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly in Commercial and Hospitality Sector is a plus
