Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in HR and Labour Law compliance. Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management . Expertise in training & development and handling compliance matters. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills . Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams. Experience in the education industry is a plus. MBA in Human Resources and Bachelor of Law (LLB) required.
