Key Deliverables :

  • Align HR strategy with business goals to support talent planning and performance.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR COEs for recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Drive organizational change and enable a culture of high performance and development.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and application of HR policies and best practices.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Support employee relations, coaching, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Lead performance management and succession planning activities.
  • Solve complex workforce issues in a matrix organization.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR trends and apply them to business needs.
