Job Responsibilities

The ServiceNow lead developer will be responsible to partner with the ServiceNow business analyst and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution.

Experience 6-8 years.

Responsibilities

• 6-8 years’ experience in ServiceNow Product suites in developing and designing solutions in Service Operations Workspace, Employee Center (EC) Pro, ITSM, Service Request fulfillments, Mobile Solutions, and Service Portfolio Management (SPM).
• End-to-End Project Delivery : Proven track record of successfully leading ServiceNow implementation projects from initiation to closure, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Agile and Waterfall Methodologies : Expertise in managing projects using Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management : Strong ability to engage and align stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to drive project success and adoption.
• Risk and Issue Management : Skilled in identifying, mitigating, and resolving project risks and issues to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
• Change Management : Experience in driving organizational change, including user training, communication plans, and adoption strategies for ServiceNow solutions.
