Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Responsibilities - 50%
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies : Plan and implement in-person sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, focusing on building strong, direct customer relationships.
  • Revenue Ownership : Take full responsibility for the sales pipeline, including profit and loss (P&L) management, to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze sales performance metrics, leveraging customer feedback to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Marketing Responsibilities - 50%
  • Offline Marketing Strategy : Design and execute offline marketing campaigns tailored to local consumer behavior and trends, particularly in the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Brand Promotion : Organize promotional activities at events like wellness fairs to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Budget Management : Oversee the offline marketing budget to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving desired campaign outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Education :  Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is preferred.

Experience :  10-15 years of experience in sales & marketing roles within the health and wellness sectors, with a proven track record of building luxury brands.
