We are looking for a Seasoned Engineering Director to join and lead our ZIA team. You will drive technical strategy set engineering standards mentor other engineers and collaborate with Operations and Support to ensure a healthy cloud and exceptional customer outcomes. Reporting to the VP of Engineering ZIA youll be responsible for :

• Driving a results-oriented culture with a strong focus on execution quality and speed
• Evangelizing the product vision internally and externally. and be able to represent the company product and team at all levels
• Work closely with the product management organization to develop and deliver on roadmaps
• Recognizing process and product gaps early and able to drive changes to achieve better outcomes
• Keeping the product delivery and quality bar high prioritizing Service stability features along with Innovation and Platform features
