About bepay

bepay is a non-custodial Web3 super app that enables seamless, secure, and borderless payments across fiat, cryptocurrency, and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). Designed for global adoption and everyday use, bepay empowers users and merchants with an integrated platform that simplifies digital finance at scale.

As the company expands rapidly across regions and verticals, we are looking to onboard an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to join us as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR).

Position Summary

  • The Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) is a high-impact, high-autonomy role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building and scaling digital businesses. You will work closely with the founding team on special projects that drive company growth, unlock operational efficiency, and identify new market opportunities.
  • This role combines elements of business strategy, product execution, market expansion, and internal innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives across product development, operations, hr and business development
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities that align with company priorities
  • Launch zero-to-one products or programs, from idea to market validation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support decision-making
  • Assist founders in preparing investor materials, internal strategies, and executive briefings
  • Serve as a flexible problem solver to address business-critical challenges as they arise
  • Build scalable processes, frameworks, and operating models for long-term sustainability
  • Required Qualifications

  • Few years of experience in high-growth startups, venture-backed technology companies, or founder / operator roles
  • Demonstrated experience launching or scaling new products, services, or business lines
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-moving, remote-first environments
  • Prior exposure to fintech, digital payments, crypto, or platform-based businesses is preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
