ServiceNow Consultant (Contract / Ad Hoc)

Engagement Type : Temporary, Hourly Basis

Location : Remote (3–4 hours overlap with Perth, 4 hours availability in 7 AM to 2 PM IST )

Hours : 4–5 hours per day

Rate : ₹ 2000 - ₹ 2500 per hour

Duration : Approx. 100 hours (overall ₹2 - ₹2.5L fees)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support our team following a recent implementation. The ideal candidate will help resolve existing platform issues, optimise processes, and upskill internal staff through knowledge transfer and best practice guidance.

This is a hands-on, flexible role ideal for professionals who enjoy short-term technical engagements and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues within ServiceNow
• Configure and enhance ITSM processes and workflows
• Develop scripts and automation solutions
• Support integrations with Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and other systems
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal team members
• Collaborate remotely with at least 3–4 hours overlap with Perth (AWST)
