Job Title: HR Executive
Reports to: HR Manager
Location: [Atharva Foundries Pvt.Ltd MIDC Wai]
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our manufacturing unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the unit, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and benefits administration. The HR Executive will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process for manufacturing staff, including production workers, supervisors, and managers.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including technical training, soft skills training, and leadership development.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with production managers to develop performance management plans, including goal-setting, evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- Employee Communications: Develop and implement internal communications strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, including company news, policies, and benefits.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and manage risk related to employment practices.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, including personnel files, benefits, and performance records.
Authority
- Decision-Making: Make decisions on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Policy Implementation: Implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the manufacturing unit.
- Budget Management: Manage HR budgets, including recruitment, training, and benefits expenses.
- Employee Discipline: Administer disciplinary actions, including verbal and written warnings, suspensions, and terminations.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and disputes between employees, managers, and departments.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certifications.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related software.
