Job description

Required Technical Skill Set-

~10+ years of experience in UI development, with at least 4+ years in Flutter & hybrid app development.

~Expertise in Flutter framework, Dart programming, and cross-platform UI architecture.

~Strong knowledge of state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Redux), widget lifecycle, and Flutter animations.

~Experience with hybrid app development, web rendering optimizations, and Flutter’s web compatibility.

~Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and JSON-based UI data handling.

~Familiarity with native mobile development (Swift / Kotlin), PWA strategies, and WebAssembly.

~Experience working with banking and financial applications is a plus.

Desired Experience Range- 10+ years of experience developing Digital Applications ( Internet AND Mobile – Mobile being the primary experience)

  • Must-Have- Knowledge of above-mentioned Technologies
  • Strong communication skills to interact with client architects , CIOs
  • Strong team management skills
  • Mobility for short term travels
  • Passion to learn and doing hands on POCs etc
  • Experience of working with Banking / Financial Systems

Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST

  • Role descriptions - Manage the technical debt , technical roadmap for TCS BaNCS Digital product
  • Lead as an Architect in the Product Development for TCS BaNCS Digital
  • Lead Technical Architecture related discussions with prospects & customers for Digital Banking
  • Lead in understanding and adopting changes happening inthe Digital World into TCS BaNCS Digital Banking App
  • Problem solving in customer implementations
  • Lead the solutioning for the gaps created due to evolution in the Technology and Industry in general
