Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to take complete ownership of our innovative product suite. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution , ensuring every product we build is scalable, reliable, and impactful.

You will be the single point of contact for product strategy, development, and delivery — shaping the vision and driving execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap.

Translate complex business requirements into actionable product features and development goals.

Define and monitor product KPIs to ensure alignment with business and user objectives.

Technical Leadership

Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.

Evaluate and recommend AWS services , tools, and best practices to optimize performance and reliability.

Ensure all products — including mobile apps, dashboards, and websites — adhere to modern development frameworks like microservices, CI / CD, and cloud-native architecture .

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the central point of communication between engineering, UI / UX, DevOps, marketing, and business teams.

Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Gather and analyze user feedback through analytics, surveys, and interviews to guide product enhancements.

End-to-End Product Ownership

Oversee product delivery from ideation to deployment, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.

Identify and mitigate risks in development, adoption, and performance.

Continuously iterate to improve product usability and user satisfaction.

User-Centric Development

Define user personas , journeys, and workflows to ensure every feature addresses real user pain points.

Collaborate with UI / UX teams to create intuitive and engaging product interfaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or related field (MBA is an added advantage).

6+ years of experience in technical product management or software engineering.

Hands-on understanding of AWS, Node.js, Flutter, React.js, and Next.js .

Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps (CI / CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS services).

Familiarity with machine learning workflows and tools such as AWS SageMaker, Rekognition, or Lambda .

Product Management Skills

Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables.

Skilled in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and detailed user stories.

Adept at managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical & Leadership Skills

Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or AWS CloudWatch .

Strong prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.

Communication Skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication to bridge business and technical discussions.

Experience presenting to leadership teams and executives.
