About the Job

Skyblue – Your Creative Space – is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at our Experience Store in Ahmedabad. This role involves driving sales, ensuring seamless customer journeys, and managing a motivated team to deliver Skyblue’s signature creative retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations with focus on customer engagement and sales growth
• Inspire, guide, and manage the store team to deliver excellence
• Ensure high standards of merchandising, ambience, and inventory management
• Track performance, reporting, and compliance with company policies
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat engagement and loyalty
