Location : Hyderabad

About the Role

At Welspun GCC, we are building world-class SaaS products to transform industries. We are looking for a highly driven B2B SaaS Product Manager who has the passion and expertise to build SaaS products from scratch, take them to market (GTM), and scale globally. This role is ideal for someone who can think like a founder, operate with agility, and mentor product managers to create a robust product function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle strategy, roadmap, execution, and delivery.
  • Conceptualize and build SaaS products that solve customer pain points and drive adoption.
  • Lead market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer discovery to inform product strategy.
  • Design and implement GTM strategies, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Define product KPIs and success metrics; monitor adoption, usage, and churn to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to align execution.
  • Mentor and build a team of product managers capable of owning independent product lines.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product-market fit and a superior user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4+ years in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of taking SaaS products from zero-to-one and scaling them.
  • Expertise in SaaS GTM strategies, pricing models, and customer acquisition frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, integration models, and SaaS architecture.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive initiatives independently.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Master’s in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
  • MBA with specialization in Product Management / Strategy is a plus.
  • Certifications in Agile / Scrum, SaaS Product Management, or Product-Led Growth.
