About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and dashboards.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and internship conversion letters.
- Participate in employer branding activities, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
- Provide timely follow-ups and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the HR team in onboarding and documentation for new joiners.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good understanding of recruitment cycles and HR practices (preferred, not mandatory).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Forms, PPT).Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.Educational Qualification
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR.What You Will Gain
