RADISE is seeking a Proposal Coordinator / Writer to join in Hyderabad and participate on a wide variety of IT Staffing Proposals

Responsibilities include :

• Manages the analysis of RFP documents to understand requirements and formulates questions for client clarification.
• Creates a basic compliance matrix and schedule, outlining the entire proposal process from initiation to delivery.
• Participates in writing non-technical sections of the proposal, such as project descriptions, resumes, team qualifications, and various management plans.
• Collaborates with Contracts to ensure all financial and legal requirements, as well as proposal forms, are addressed per RFQ / RFP guidelines.
• Develops a foundational understanding of all requirements specified in the RFQ / RFP documents.
• Produces initial and final versions of proposal documents, ensuring responsiveness to the RFP, accuracy, and basic quality. Focuses on document layout for clear visual presentation.
• Conducts a basic quality check of the final printed proposal documents, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and adherence to the Three C’s of proposal development (compelling, compliant, comprehensive).
