Perform deep dive data analysis across campaign and web data taxonomy for multiple brandsDefine and maintain data and reporting standards ensuring best practices are followedCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and provide a clear, coherent vision of campaign and website tagging taxonomySupport digital analytics capabilities including dashboards and presentation reports across web experience, data privacy, and other digital toolsUnderstand client marketing data usage and recommend improvementsLiaise daily with clients to address regular and ad-hoc reporting and digital analytics needsCreate functional and technical documentation such as BRD, DFD, FRD, TDD, FIA, etc.Must Have :
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Digital Analyst with good understanding of digital data from platforms like OneTrust, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of digital channels and marketing programs
- Experience working with tools like Claravine, Accutics, and CampTag
- Knowledge of pharma campaign lifecycle : content production, approval, storage, and deployment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills
- Functional understanding of BI tools, KPIs, and KBQs for channel performance
Good to Have :
- Basic understanding of web analytics and campaign taxonomy
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project execution plans
- Experience working in onshore-offshore models with cross-time zone and multicultural teams
- Strong data-driven analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
