We’re looking for a seasoned Creative Director to lead our design and creative production function — someone who blends strategic thinking, hands-on creative direction, and strong leadership to deliver world-class digital experiences.
- Oversee end-to-end creative and design process
- Review and approve key creative outputs before client delivery
- Lead ideation, campaign concepts, and brand direction
- Collaborate with copy, tech, and account teams to align messaging and design
- Contribute to new business pitches with strategic and creative inputs
- Serve as the primary custodian of creative quality for assigned clients
- Ensure design and creative solutions align with business goals and brand strategy
- Lead and mentor designers, upgrading skill levels and ideation standards
- Collaborate with account management and business heads on strategy and delivery
- Participate in planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging tools, tech, and design trends
- Maintain high creative standards while balancing speed and efficiency

Must have :
15+ years of experience in graphic design and digital creative fields5+ years in team leadership or management rolesStrong background in digital marketing, branding, and UX / UI designExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership skillsProven track record of delivering strategic, high-impact creative workDeep understanding of web and mobile design systems, UX principles, and creative technologiesCalm, empathetic, and collaborative leader who balances creativity with business understanding
