Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Talent Sourcer. The Junior Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying potential candidates through various sourcing methods, screening resumes, and handling the initial outreach to candidates. The role also includes maintaining a database of candidate information, coordinating with hiring managers, and scheduling interviews. The Junior Talent Sourcer will need to maintain strong professional relationships and represent the company positively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including social media and job boards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
