Role Summary

The Revenue Manager - Central will lead the revenue strategy for multiple Z Hotels across India. This role will own pricing, forecasting, and distribution—working closely with sales, marketing, and property teams to optimize occupancy, ADR, and total revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue and pricing strategy across multiple Z Hotels.
  • Develop data-driven models to optimize occupancy and ADR.
  • Manage OTA partnerships and ensure rate parity across channels.
  • Drive direct bookings through brand website and corporate channels.
  • Forecast revenues accurately and publish key performance dashboards.
  • Align pricing and inventory decisions with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce OTA dependency and improve channel mix.

Experience :

  • 6–10 years in Revenue Management; 2–3 years in multi-property or centralized setups.
  • Experience managing 3–5 hotels; exposure to chains like Lemon Tree, Sarovar, Treebo, or OYO preferred.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Commerce, Hotel Management, or Economics.
  • IIHM / Hotel Management background preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • Skills & Traits

  • Strong analytical and pricing skills with hands-on experience in RateGain, TravelClick, STAAH, or similar tools.
  • Excellent understanding of OTA dynamics and RMS systems.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Effective communicator and cross-team collaborator.
